What happens to the money
- Held apart from revenue
- Prepaid balances are kept in a separate account. If Cheap Tokens ever shuts down, unused balance is refunded.
- Top-ups are refundable
- Plan credit stays on your account while you are subscribed. Unused top-ups are refundable on request at any time.
- Receipts and refunds
- Every call returns a receipt with its price and the list-price equivalent. A call that misses its promised time is refunded without you asking.
- Try it before you pay
- There is no free plan. Every account gets a permanent sandbox key instead: 25 test calls, 512 output tokens each, no card. Make a test call
